Ashley began her career at MMGY Travel Intelligence after spending the better part of a decade immersed in academia, having earned bachelor’s degrees in both geology and anthropology, followed by a master’s in geology and finally her Ph.D. in environmental science. In early 2021, Ashley was looking for a different challenge than the traditional academic track she had been following, and so when she discovered an opening for a Research Account Manager at MMGY, she was instantly intrigued as she loves research of all forms along with travel. The idea of discovering how and why people travel sounded fascinating to Ashley and, in addition to that, she felt MMGY’s commitment to living out its values made the organization a great fit for her. Her overall responsibilities with MMGY Travel Intelligence include survey questionnaire drafting and programming, data analysis and report preparation.
